The DVD's: The Big Brother seasons we offer are not official released dvd sets. All shows are mastered from tv recordings of the show and other various sources, for BB fans around the world. We do not offer full size dvd cases or printed artwork with the dvd sets. They are shipped in white paper dvd sleeves for their protection and simple labeling. All dvd sets are region free, meaning they will play on any dvd player or gaming system around the world. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item and receive a refund, minus our cost of shipping. Also, all items are shipped from within the USA and nothing comes from china or anywhere outside of the USA. Payments: After you submit your order, you have 3 options, for making payment. We accept checks (business and personal) submitted online or sent by mail. Plus, amazon.com gift cards are accepted by entering the redemption code in the special instructions box at checkout. Also, after checkout, a direct link, to purchase your e- mail gift card is provided as well. As always, payment can be made via money orders sent by mail, if that is your only option. All check payments are held for 7 business days, to insure clearance. Amazon gift cards and money order payments are shipped immediately and have no hold time. International customers must use amazon gift cards or an international money order for payment.
Shipping: All packages are shipped via the U.S. postal service with a tracking number. Most items ship 1st class mail but, we offer a priority mail shipping upgrade. Upon shipment, you will recieve a shipping confirmation message and a second e-mail detailing the shipping method and tracking number.
Returns and Replacements: Unhappy, no problem! Return the order and upon receiving your package, we'll send you a refund, minus our cost of shipping. Replacements, from time to time, a fellow Big Brother fan might recieve an unplayable disc, don't worry. Inform us of the problem via e-mail and we'll, solve the problem free of charge.
